Need Help Selecting HVAC System

I recently purchased a 3300 sq ft 1937 brick colonial in Boston, MA. It currently has hot water radiator heat and no A/C. We are doing a limited renovation, including new kitchen and bathrooms, as well as adding central A/C. The windows are original but in good condition and are fairly tight. The house is insulated well. Besides the CAC, we wish to get rid of the radiators and add forced hot air or hydro-air heat. We have gotten estimates for a 3-zone Lennox forced hot air/CAC set-up which consists of a unit in the basement for the first floor, a unit in the attic for the second floor, and a third unit in the basement which will service the guest wing when needed(mostly unused space). My biggest question for this situation is whether or not a hydro-air system would have any advantage over a humidified forced hot air and A/C system. We don't have the budget to do radiant heat. Any advice would be greaty appreciated.
