The last one is similar to mine - Amerock "Revitalize". Yes, they are called pulls. I put pulls on the drawers, knobs on the doors.

Picture number one looks like Top Knobs Square Pulls. See my recent thread "Help Me Escape Blue Tape Hell" and you can see them in firsthouse_mp's kitchen. Yes, they are all called "pulls."

The first one looks similar to Amerock Blackrock in the nickle finish. (I have blackrock in my kitchen but in the bronze color).
