We have had the Water Boss 900 for four years and it has been great. We had rats get into it a year or so ago and

had to replace some parts that they had chewed through.

This time we had a cold night 27 degrees and the next morning it was leaking and won't stop filling and overflowing. I've secured the loose part in the safety

shutoff valve and replaced the brine valve assembly which

did seem to have a stuck valve. Only now that it's not

leaking, it isn't refilling when it cycles. I've checked

it all and everything that I see seems to be working

fine. Is my only choice to send the Computer Control

Assembly back for testing? It seems to me as if it is

working fine. I also checked the incoming hose for blockages, but it's fine. Any suggestions? And please don't say call a plumber. This is for my elderly mother

who is phobic about repair people coming to the house.
