Wow, you've been busy! I can't help automatically realizing I have a favorite--the plates and cups. What is that pattern really called? It looks like it would be so fun to choose the fabrics, and yours is very striking. Congratulations!

WOW! Slow down girl, you are making us look bad. Love the quilts and accessories.

Oh my goodness...how beautiful! I love the all of them and I can't wait until I can have that many creations under my belt!!

I haven't learned how to use my darning foot (to free motion) yet. I tell myself that I have to learn the basics first, make a few quilts...then the free motion will be "dessert", the topping on the cake etc.

Thanks so much for sharing. Being new seeing different patterns, colors, designs, workmanship - well just seeing it all really helps.

    Wonderful job Caroline....

Beautiful work, Caroline! I especially love the teacups and the leaf quilt -- and the flower wallhanging -- and WOW! -- they're all great. The tiny leaf print border really sets that one off.

YOUR PROJECTS and FM are beautiful. You will have to give us a tutorial on your technique. I really love your doll, reminds me of Mrs. Beasly. Please excuse my typing got new laptop and I hate Vista No mouse. no shift key, no print key, no spell check and I THOUGHT I knew computers. Good night

Caroline, I can see why you haven't been posting much! My word!!!! Puts me to shame, but, you have enspired me to get going again!....and, this year, I want to practice more FM. I better go put that on my list before I forget!

Jean, You don't have a shift key on your laptop? DH gave me a mouse for my laptop for Christmas and it's pretty handy as I think the touch-mouse is really sensitive. It didn't come with any kind of a manuel on how to use some of the keys, so it's a learning experience, that's for sure.

    You do beautiful work.
I'd love a little info on your I Spy in progress. What size squares are you using for that? I really need to finally make one for my DGS.
    Thanks,
    Kelly

I love them all, and also chime in on what the pattern is called for your cup and saucer one. They are all lovely. You do great work!

Kelly,,,,the I Spy blocks are 6 inches,,,the corner squares are 2.5. Thats just the size I chose for the corners,,,you could make them bigger or smaller...

    Thank you,Caroline!
I really did enjoy looking at your mini quilt show. You sure get a lot done!

    Hi Caroline!
You've inspired me! I like them all, but my favorite is the one with the leaf blocks, and I like the quilting you did on it as well. What color thread did you use? That's always my biggest problem, trying to figure out what thread would look nice and not stand out too much? And whether I should go with cotton, or the silky kind.

I used a tan thread that a person gave me. i have never seen the shiny kind that you mention,,but the variegated looks fun...I only started free motion right before Christmas so Im still experimenting with things...
