LOOKING for: Ginger - about Penaut Butter Pie

Hi and thanks again for the recipe. May I ask which fudge cookies you use when you make this pie ? I just got home from a weekend trip and I'm making my grocery list and wrote down fudge cookies. Then got to thinking, "well, which fudge cookies do I use!" Everyone always raves about the recipes you post, so I want to make it just like you do!

Whatever I can find. I've used Archway Dutch cocoa cookies, or Pepperidge Farm (can't remember what they're called but they're dark chocolate with nuts in them, sort of like a brownie cookie.) You could also use those thin chocolate wafers but I can rarely find them down here.

yum.....never met a Archway or Pepperidge Farm cookie I didn't like - thanks, Ginger...just couldn't think of a good choice and now I have 2 !
