Wire nut capacity?

I purchased Ideal red wing twist wire nuts, 600V max. On the package it states a max of 5 #12. I have not seen this anywhere else.

If it has a max of 5 #12 will it hold 6 #14s or should I splice 3 and 3 with a jumper between the two wire nuts? or just add another jb?

I have 6 14-2 cables coming into a junction box. The lead in terminates at the box but I need to branch off to 3 switches and 2 low voltage power supplies all at different locations. This is part of a kitchen remodel and I'm trying to reduce the amount of dry wall. The calculated load on this circuit is 9 amps.

Any suggestions
