So your two three way switch, turn on both the light, and the fan when you switch them? You do not have the fan and light controlled on separate switches?
If the two switches turn on/off BOTH the light and the fan, then you need to tie the black and red wires, to the black and blue wires, the white to white, and bare copper wire to green.

is it 2 3 ways or is it 2 sets of 3 ways?

if it is just 1 set, then the red wire is likely the switched wire for the light and the fan may be wired hot all teh time on the black. this is how most of our fans are done.

if it is 2 sets, then one wire is for one set and the other for teh other set.

either way, white goes to white and copper goes to green.
