Ah yes...thanks. It's a beautiful color and looks awesome in that room. If I show it to her she'll for sure want a whole room just like that!

Any input on it going with the lenox tan or shaker beige?

It is actually darker than it appears in these photos. We did our kitchen, breakfast, and dining room in Raspberry Truffle. The adjoining rooms are Squire Hill Buff and Bryant Gold.

I literally just sat down after finishing painting my dining room in RT. Bonnie inspired me to take the plunge. My husband was against it. You can see a few pics on my post "husband hates me...".
I tried so many reds (well at least 3) and Raspberry Truffle was the best. It looks beautiful..very deep like velvet. I used the Aura paint like others advised. I used a red primer though and had to give it two coats. It could still stand a third but my husband had enough. I painted all the trim and the primer. He helped me with the walls and took over. He warned me "never to paint another room red". Be prepared for at least the three coast including primer if your walls are light. As soon as I get the room organized I will post a picture. I am so thrilled I did it. Makes such a difference.

Thanks for posting the pictures Bonniee! Your room is beautiful. My sister would easily nod in agreement if that is what I proposed her room to look like. Unfortunately we are working with her brown furniture. Seeing your rustic wood cabinet though makes me wonder if she'll consider selling all that cherry stuff and buy something in the wood tones similiar to your cabinet. At least it would then match the feel of that picture she has hanging above her fireplace. If you haven't seen it, check out my post "a real challenge..."
