It's really beautiful! I love your island pendants and I think the 3 minis of the sink will look great.

Wow, it's amazing. And how charming to see your kids' artwork hung on your high-style white cabinets! The pendants have a nice drapey quality that reminds me of jewellery.

It's just lovely. I'm crazy about your hutch wall and storage wall and all the display areas you worked into your design. Ditto the bay window and sill. And where did you find a stainless steel (rotary dial?) telephone? Too cool!

I'm wondering if the echo might be helped with more fabric in the room to absorb sound--window covering, more area rugs?

What kind of window treatments would you put, I really didn't want to cover up the transom or the trim.

The kitchen is beautiful and I love those chandelier pendant lights and that beautiful stainless steel telephone on the wall as well as that pretty granite, and the gorgeous cabinets with a very nice oak floor.

Beautiful Kitchen! Really like your backsplash and the way it ties together your cabs and granite. Love your pantry wall. Agree that the window should be left w/o curtain. If you get a chance and can list the details in a single post, it would help all of us who are admiring the great job you did.

I think you did a wonderful job with your kitchen and are to be congratulated. Your cabinets are beautiful, your layout is great, and I like your color scheme. I'm sorry, though, I am not fond of your pendants and think they are all wrong for your kitchen. I don't like the bare bulbs, the shadows they cast, the chain suspension with the wire threaded through it, the aluminum metal. I am sorry to bring this up when you are "done", but you mentioned that the space seems cold to you and I think the pendants may contribute to that. Also, I would hang a tailored valance from the ceiling to top of the window to absorb some sound.

Let me reiterate that I think you have a beautiful kitchen, and I would be thrilled to have a kitchen like yours in my home. Just not your pendants. If you love them, go ahead and ignore me as plenty of folks here who probably have more style sense than me seem to love them. Personally, I would hang something with a shade that casts more diffuse light.

Wow, what a gorgeous kitchen; I especially like your chandellier pendant lights. I've never seen anything quite like them. I have seen double mini chandy's hung together and think the look is to die for!

I love the casing details in your doorways! And, your wonderful pantry cabs. The granite is gorgeous and the browns/tans in it add warmth. I like the softer colors in it over the classic dark counters. I join the minority with Morton5 in not being crazy about the pendants and wondering if they maybe the cause of any cold feeling to the room. If they were a little more traditional instead of with the modern ceiling mount and more bare styling, and in a darker, more rustic? metal...Maybe ORB, iron, or antique pewter, even black...I think they'd feel better. And like Morton5, I only mention them at all because you were looking for something to improve the space. You have a great kitchen.

I have to join morton5 and rhome410 in wondering if different pendants would warm up your space. Your kitchen is gorgeous and I see many people have posted about how much they like your pendants, and for all I know they could be your favorite part of your new kitchen. But, they feel out of place to me with your style of kitchen. I think that more traditional looking pendants would look better especially with the schoolhouse pendants you ordered for over the sink.
