What did you decide?

I would mount the tv to your fireplace

Use a sofa table with cube storage so the toys are generally out of sight - and put a kid size table and chairs - wood, painted ina sweet accent color - maybe blue green gray like bm templeton gray? - in the corner itself. She can pull things from the sofa table cubes (you can use baskets for her things) and put them back where they belong (use photos on the baskets for her if she can't read yet). The television should be wall mounted to left of french doors on a swing arm so you can pull it into the location it is in now, but when put away, it is neat and doesn't obstruct the light. It looks like it will fit flat on that wall, and put the unit underneath it. You can add a pair of matching benches under the matching windows beside the fireplace so you have "reserved" the floor space needed for the swing out tv. The benches - an x bottom painted wood bench with a tough upholstered top can be pulled in front of the fire and into the seating area when you have more people.

Use a pedestal table at the built in banquette and go talk to Calico corners about fabric layering in blue greens, grays and taupes . .to recover your chair, cover the benches, and consider window coverings that mostly sit open - they will warm the room and soften the noise from the hard floor, high ceiling and stone.
