The bathroom/walk-in closet seems a little awkward. What about moving the toilet in place of the vanity and making the wall with the sinks one continuous wall ending at the bedroom. You could have that walled in or just a half wall.....

You could then have the vanity in between the sinks and a linen closet in the front half of where the water closet used to be placed. Add a door from the bedroom thru the back half of the old water closet to get into the large walk-in closet.

Now that's my story and I'm sticking to it! Lol

The plan is nice. I would add linen with a free standing closet along the wall between the vanity and sink. Ask your designer to create storage at that location.

Do not like the door to the toilet area swinging in. You are going to have issues entering & closing the door. Also, watch the size of the pocket door to the closet in the bath (is sliding into a wall with plumbing in it). Might want 2 pocket doors that slide away which will cut the door size in half and allow access.

I would cut the wc in half - top half used as a linen cupboard and bottom as the walkthrough into the closet. Then close up the other doorway (which is awkard) and place your vanity there instead (it's in an odd spot as well). Suggest a pocket or barn door to enter washroom, so that the two doors don't have issues. Move WC to where vanity was (and you could also make it a bit wider than it was) and on the wall facing the tub add some beautiful stone. Hopefully your plumbing allows for changes.

Wow thanks everyone! Here are the adjacent spaces... We are working with very strict building codes limiting size, height etc and are maxed out so expanding will not be an option.

My attention went to the toilet and shower being on the the bedroom wall. Unless you have really good soundproofing, that is noisy when someone else is using them and you are trying to sleep.

Here's how I would arrange the bathroom with tub in its current spot.

We have not moved on to plumbing plans.
