My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

can this lighting be installed if there is no crawlspace?

I need to find living room lighting for my vaulted living room (just like this one); but there is no crawlspace to facilitate installing canned lighting. I love this alternative. But it appears that electricity would need to be accessed through the ceiling. Any suggestions/? I don't like the 70's style track lighting.
