We just got the keys to our condo, and besides painting one of our first things is figuring out what kind of seating and layout will work best is our small living room. The wall color will be sky high by Sherwin Williams. We both like the idea of a sectional but I also don't want to dismiss the idea of a long sofa with accent chairs. (But if a sectional is best I can easily let that go.) The window in the room actually overlooks another condos patio so there needs to be some privacy/camoflouge. The plan is to also have a TV in here for everyday mindless watching, but not any of the gaming/major movie storage.
