stone or brick facade for Shook Hill?

I'm torn between a brick or stone facade for the front gable on our under construction Shook Hill. The siding will be Allura marigold, white trim on the windows, dark oak colored mahogany double front doors (DSA Tiffany), and probably black shutters. The house is situated on a river front lot, so my husband and I are thinking stones might look more natural, but we both love the look of aged brick. Any thoughts? I'll include a link to the front of the Shook Hill.

The one above doesn't exactly the same stone look we were thinking of....and I think chilibeans from here had brick with white siding....

Probably the closest to the stone facade we'd go with is the stone uploaded here....I hope I have done the uploading correctly!
