What is the color name on the brick and the stone style name and color? Love it all!

The stone boxes say StoneCraft Heritage Chardonnay. The stone is not real stone, but rather stone veneer. We made this selection for the price-savings and appearance. A lot of cultured stone can look fake. So, do your due diligence. Here is a link to the product on the manufacturer's website:

You will need to select the correct color swatch on the page above to see this product as we have used it. As for the brick, what you see is actually an ivory mortar rub and not a brick color. Finishing the house this way was about $4,000 more than painting the brick, but with none of the long-term maintenance issues. Our builder purchased an affordable brick (the color is irrelevant) and then rubbed the entire house with ivory mortar. The best way of thinking about this is like icing a cake. The mortar can be applied to your desired thickness. We have seen houses with very thin mortar rubs (where the base brick color can be seen through the finish), but we wanted everything covered so that we achieved the same appearance as though the brick had been painted. The mortar rub is permanent and requires no short or long-term maintenance. Google "mortar rub" for more information.

    Hope this helps. Thanks, Brian.

Thank you for such detail Brian. That definitely helps! Is this house in Annandale in Brentwood?
No problem. We are in The Governor's Club in Brentwood. Our builder, Grove Park Construction, has built a number of homes in both communities. We love where we are, but Annandale is also very nice!

Thanks Brian! We might have to try and take a peek at the exterior - although Governors Club is gated isn't it?
It is, but if you will email me your first and last name to "bpbenda[at]gmail.com", I will give you my address and make sure that they let you through. There is also another house at 60 Governor's Way that has used the same stone product and color, but in a slightly different way. So, you may want to look at their house too.

I will certainly do that Brian! Thank you. We are looking at building soon, so it'll be in the next couple of weeks. Looking forward to a peek! You've been most helpful. :)
