Art can look very interesting in a powder room as you can see in Houzz photos under "powder rooms." Another way to get texture a lot cheaper than wallpaper is to pick your paint color, and get some regular white tissue paper. Roll on a section of paint, place the tissue paper over it, and roll over the tissue paper with the paint. You can make it as rough or as smooth as you want.
