do you mean dividing with curtains? can we pictures of all walls?

I'd leave chimney as is and use the money to clad it for something else, like a privacy wall. I think the chimney is interesting and adds a quirky modern interest to space. The picture shows a frosted glass privacy wall that actually slides. It would let light shine through it. Some variation of this. They also sell exterior glass privacy walls that I am sure could be used inside! Good luck.
