I wanted to put something on for the purpose of pictures but now I am looking around to purchase a nice fabric for a custom made roman shade.

Great transformation. Love all the choices we debated on white however we went with dark stain. We never had white and in our culture we do lots of spicy cooking hence was afraid of it not staying white.

None the less I love a white clean kitchen. I posted mine in a post. Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks isamuel71, I remember your post. In fact,I think I commented on your post. Great transformation. I love the idea of having a table with a bench for the eat in kitchen area. It feels very comfortable and homey. I am determined to have one in our next house project if I have a square footage for eat in kitchen.

I like your choice of appliances, sink and faucet. We chose a similar sink faucet for our new project.

The only thing I might have done differently in your kitchen remodel perhaps would be the use of a butcher block countertop for the center island entirely. It seems the purpose of it would be for food preparation and it will also add another texture in the kitchen.

We make it our home - good tip on the butcher block. However the quartz we purchased had to be 2 slabs as we would be short with one so we just wanted to minimize waste.

We even had extra for the laundry room .
