Master Bathroom

Master bathroom sink is currently below a window (another window is next to it by the shower.) Should I center the sink on the wall or below the mirror? If so, should there be countertop below the window, or built-in? Sconces? I am planning free standing soaking tub and half shower wall. Would glass shower work? I would love to hear Houzzer design ideas. Thank you!
