My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi there. If you mean the wood, it is 4" white oak. If you mean the carpet tiles, they are from Flor. Hope this helps!

    White Oak is ideal for a custom stain. Its also much more popular than Red Oak right now.
