My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Surprisingly the rail is chrome heavy duty closet rods and standard newel posts with simple block caps .... shhhh.... don't tell anybody.... ;-)

      I actually hate to destroy the old bath tubs because they are much better then the new ones we put in, unfortunately it was far beyond repair. This house was vacant for about 8 years
