My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Before and After Kitchen remodel in Sammamish, WA

When we purchased this home on a lovely shy acre wooded lot, our intent was to create an open concept with kitchen and family room below.

    Great job here; love the recessed living room. The one thing that jumps out to me was the excellent countertop selection, anchored by the tiled backsplash. The colours are spot on.

    One thing we would've loved to have seen was a skylight to bring even more natural light

      Thanks for your feedback, one thing these photos don't reflect is a row of transom windows that bring in light from the peak of the slope. This photo was taken before the glass and steel railing system was installed, but you get the idea :)
