Putting two different wood products is hard enough to do well( as in first 2 pics which I think are a fail and the 3rd ok but wood is close), I don't think you can put brown wood tile and brown laminate successfully together. Perhaps it would work if you pick an alternate faux wood tile color like grey?

Do it ALL in wood. Laminate will not hold up long term.

Laminate is out for a kitchen (it doesn't like moisture or steam from dishwashers and can require replacement inside of 5 years if you are unlucky). Look to vinyl planks/tiles if you want a click together floor in the kitchen. That way you can get away from "wood" clashes in the two rooms.

Please do not use laminate in a kitchen.

There are any number of ways to transition 2 types of flooring. Sometimes a simple throw or runner will visually work to define one area to the next.

You can also use threshold techniques such as stenciling.
Or decorative tiles.
Another option is to curve the tile that will lead to the next flooring.

We put Resilient wood look flooring in one of our homes and loved it. There are so many options from price range to colors, and it's great to clean!

2 different product giving the same look, will not look good together. Might be best to remove the laminate and continue new product into that room as well. Or go a different direction with new product, maybe a tile that mimics natural stone.

If the 2 rooms join in a door way only, you may be able to sneak by with using a mosaic between the 2 rooms helping break them apart (if you have your heart set with keeping both wood looks).

On the contrary to what is stated above. Laminate is still very much in the game. Laminate, engineered wood and solid wood do not like moisture and accidents do happen. With the proper care and maintenance accidents can be avoided with any of these products.
