My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi. Thanks for your inquiry on the Butler Specialty Halle bench. There is some light assembly required. It comes in a flat box, so you'll need to put the legs and bench seat together. It's very easy to do! Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Can this bench be placed in an uncovered part of the yard, or does it need to be under a patio or porch roof? Also, weight of bench? Thanks.

    Thank you for your inquiry on the Butler bench. I emailed my rep at Butler, and they suggest that the bench only be used in your entryway, covered porch or patio. The bench also needs to be assembled. If you have any other questions, just let me know.
