My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A better way to cut porcelain tile?

Showed my contractor how I wanted Schlueter metal in the shower around all the edging of a new niche between studs, which after a few tries he got it close enough - we live in a remote area with not many tradesmen. But not real happy on the tile rough edges from his method of tile cutting the L shapes. Should he be scoring the tile or something first? It really looks worse once grouted.
