Oven wall outlets

where are the outlets placed on the oven wall? In NJ, they are required every two feet.

    Kitchen counter top outlets spacing is every 3 feet. There
    has to be an outlet on any counter area of 12 inches or more. If in the kitchen
    all the outlets have to be GFCI protected. There must also be at least 2
    kitchen countertop circuits.

    If you are asking about the area behind the oven it is
    exempt from this spacing requirement unless you have 18" of counter area
    behind the oven, cooktop sink etc. You must however have 1-110 volt outlet for
    the oven.

    If it is an electric range the oven power requirements shall
    be controlling. Without any specific oven selected that outlet should be 40
    amps. If there's a built-in oven a 40 amp circuit in a covered junction box is
    all that's required.
