I purchased Cambria slabs this morning. Clarrissa gave me a coupon for 10% off on all the affliate stores. However, the 10% off coupon had expired. I called and was told by a man to leave a message for Antonette which I did. I never got a return call. Also, Clarissa had told me that the coupon was for all of the products for all of the stores including Sewell since I am buying appliances., but it actually states it is good for lighting. Was disappointed that no one called me back. Also, I arranged for my slabs to be shown at 10am. WHen we got there, the slabs were not ready, so I had to wait until they found someone to get the slabs and bring them to us. Not only is my time limited, but I am paying my Designer a hefty HOURLY salary, so this cost me money to have to wait.

I decided to go with Atlanta CR to put in my countertops because they (CB) said that they could fabricate a Cambria "frame" for a backsplash tile mural. I rarely received a call back when I left messages. They did split my order so that we could get our sink up and running 3+ weeks after measuring. They just installed the rest of the counters (4 weeks after measuring), but too tight to move stove, and still no info on Cambria "frame." Yesterday CB promised to call this AM, but no info... The counters look pretty. Update: 3 days after installing the too tight perimeter, they came and fixed that problem. However, despite a number of promises, no one has provided any info on the mural frame from Cambria.

I am a builder in the Atlanta metro area and I have used Construction Resources for all my counter-top/tile needs in pre-sale/speculative new construction and major renovation projects. We hired CR Home (and their subsidiary, Atlanta Kitchens) to replace the countertops in our kitchen, as well as to install a full-height slab backsplash. We were replacing the builder-grade granite that came with the house with a white quartzite. We are thrilled with the results! From the start, CR Home (and especially our project coordinator, Terrie) were fantastic to work with. They have one of the most extensive selections of slabs in Atlanta (including quartz, granite, quartzite and marble options). We looked at a few other high-end fabricators, and what really stood out was that CR Home sells their product be the square foot, so we didn't need to purchase more slabs than necessary. In fact, they utilized parts of four different slabs to ensure proper vein alignment (our quartzite has a lot of rich dark veins with a lot of movement that made it hard to align at the seams). We saved several thousand dollars, and the end result is phenomenal. I was particularly impressed with the care they used in design of the countertops--everything was fully layed out on Slabsmith software using high-resolution photos of the actual quartzite slabs, so we could see exactly what the kitchen would look like ahead of time. Their installers were top-notch--true experts who took great care to mitigate any dust during installation. We highly recommend CR Home to anyone looking to refinish their kitchen countertops!

She listened carefully to our style preferences and helped us select items that looked great together. She was quick with pricing information and and remained mindful of our budget. Terrie did a great job with recommendations on the design and product choices for our bath and kitchen. She knows what would work in your space. Once her ideas and products hit the installation stage, another team took over. This team has the highest quality control standards I've ever seen. Our completed shower tile wasn't straight enough, so they ripped everything out and redid the tile! And once that was finished, the niche wasn't large enough so they redid again! Construction Resources has a high standard and for me, that is exactly the kind of company you want working in your home. The leadership and all project managers are accessible and responsive within hours. My family will use CR again in our next home and recommend to friends.

The Construction Resources design center in Decatur has a large selection of tile and countertop options ranging from inexpensive to high-end products from many manufacturers. Having such a large selection from which to choose saved countless hours having to travel around town to go to each of the individual shops. If they don't have a display sample, they probably have the catalog and can order a sample for you. Pricing proved to be very competitive. We selected tile and countertops for a new home construction so there were plenty of selections to make and lots of details to manage. The design staff is all very friendly, We were lucky enough to work with Tatiana Brose - designer extraordinaire. Tatiana asked questions and, most importantly, listened to us to learn about our style, desires, wishes, etc. A seemingly very rare quality amongst other "professionals" we've met along the way. Doing so enabled her to make relevant, high quality recommendations and narrow down the thousands of choices and combinations to a handful that met our style and budget constraints. She really knows her inventory and what's buried in a catalog somewhere. She sketched out bathroom and kitchen designs to help us envision the end product. She willingly and diligently followed up on open items including tracking down information and samples from suppliers - no simple task. Not only is Tatiana good at what she does, but she does it with a smile and a real sense of enjoyment. When we get compliments for our tile design, they will be most certainly be complimenting Tatiana's work and good taste.

We had a great experience with CR Home (Atlanta Kitchen and Bath) Tatiana Brose was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the selection of slabs for our kitchen and tile for the backsplash. Warehouse staff was very patient with me in pulling every slab that I wanted to see. Emmet came to our house as soon as were ready for the template and then Stuart helped us place the template on the slabs. The whole process was seamless down to the installation and the followup sealing.

The CR Home Design Center in Decatur, GA offers many beautiful countertops and tiles to choose from. Ask for Emily Nuckols (designer); she is knowledgable, talented, and patient. She gave me the BEST customer service while helping me with the selections for three bathroom renovations.

Met with CR rep Antoinette to see what is available in marble and granite for kitchen countertops. Antoinette was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our budget. She offered design ideas, color match and blending. This was quite a pleasant and an educational experience.
