No matter what direction you take the house, I'd reposition the gutter downspouts. When you look at entrance you see the vertical white lines of spouts and column. I'd beef up the column like in picture one. Change up door to a craftsman style door. I'm wondering if you have room for side lights? Potted plants too by door. If you want to take this even further, we are talking siding and windows. Having said all this, I think your house is sweet and if it were mine I'd deal with down spouts, change door to colonial blue, add a cottage garden and beef up column. Has the chimney ever been maintained, looks weather beaten. Good luck.
