Picea abies (Norway Spruce). Yes, they are pretty shade tolerant, not like hemlocks, but will accept filtered sun, high shade.

Ditto to Norway Spruce

Here is a better photo that show how different they look. Does this change any opinions? If i decide to move one, should i wait till falł or the spring before bud break?

As long as the root system has a few weeks before a hard freeze, fall is great, it more depends on the time you have. Your going to be hopping into the root systems of those mature trees though.

I think the one on the left is a white spruce.

The needles on the left roll between the fingers, so it should be a spruce.

The needles on the right do not roll, so i think it must be a fir.

The needles are flat on the branch ( not all around like a spruce) and are soft, not prickly like a spruce.
