I could be wrong , but I really don't think there is a name, I think they were installed for that space. Usually, you buy windows, they open, unless they are like the half circles, which are a type of transom right? or sidelights for doors. I believe you are the owner of a unique bank of windows, designed just for your home. Did you want more? Call a carpenter, want them to open call a window man. They truly are great though. good luck

Windows that don't open are called fixed windows. They are a very common feature but often are custom sized and shaped.

sorry i didnt see this earlier, as they look like my old house. it was 2 sets of sliders that opened away from each other, and they were pellas. i guess your werent built to be opened as the room is below the grade of the deck?
