flourescent bulb caught fire

Just replaced a Phillips T8 flourescent bulb in a Lithonia fixture bought at HD 2 years ago. After about a minute end of the bulb or the fixture caught fire. The bulb was 32 watts and I don't see a max anywhere on the sticker. Is this a bulb issue. Should I replace the whole fixture? The bulbs I replace were 32 watts and I never had a problem before.
