Pictures would help. What would help even more is a floor plan--even a rough sketch will do--with dimensions. Show all windows and doors.

I agree with groveraxle, show a floor plan and pictures. It may even help you to try as best you can to draw it to scale. Then cut out of a separate piece of paper the scaled dimensions of your couch and other furniture so you can move it around to get a better feel of what you want to do with the heavy stuff.
