Helping my Los Angeles senior in-laws get pretty ideas for their front yard, particularly to conserve water. They are not fans of abundant white rocks. They currently have a medium size lawn on a gradual incline. They have a brick bordered path of beautiful roses. And they have a tight budget, so artificial lawn is not an option, unless done in small square footage.
