The trim on my house (fasia, windows, etc) needs to be repainted this summer. I believe it is a latex base that is on there already. Can anyone give me the steps I need to do this? I have a pressure washer I have borrowed and figure I need to clean the paint that is already there. There are also numerous spots that are peeling already and some that have already become bare. What do I do about these areas? Do I keep pressure washing it back as far as it will peel off? Any advice is much appreciated. I also have a TON of gutters and some really long runs so if possible I don't want to remove it but....
