My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Floors: Original Dade County Pine or Oak?

Were these floors stained? color or clear? These floors have a warmth to them that i don't see with newer oak/pine . Simply Beautiful.

    Can't say for sure... but if the project was indeed a historic renovation... chances are that the flooring is white oak, which if treated properly offers great results in warm, subtle colors.
