I like it a lot. Just having renovated a kitchen, I would have gone w a recessed panel on cabinet doors and some detail on the island other than the flat effect. Huge improvement!

With so much white I would have skipped the subway tile and carried the blue mosaic tile all the way to the cabinets.

Thank you for all of the comments. It is fun to hear what you would change or do a little differently. This kitchen is actually modified for wheel chair accessibility and the design choices were very client driven.

There are a lot of white kitchens out there. How is it that this one manages to look extra "fresh"? Is it the pale blue walls? The classic lines of the cabinetry? It's feels fresh but doesn't scream "new" or "trendy." The more I think about it...I think it's the mix of tile back splashes - a unique touch.
