Problem Dell Printer V515W

I am unable to print and think the reason might be that there is one document on the spool that I can't delete. Hopefully that is the problem and you will be able to help. Don't know alot about computers and hope your response will be an easy one. I have tried turning the computer and printer off and on with no luck.Thank you.

Have you called Dell? As a design forum, we probably can't help with an electronics issue.

You may encounter some technical errors when using the printer. The error code is not easy for users to correct, so they should seek technical assistance immediately. There are many causes for these errors including inadequate printhead, misaligned printhead cartridges, power cord problems, etc.
