speed queen help

I have been on the speed queen website and I find it difficult to navigate. Can anyone explain the differences between top loading models?

It's possible to open the three TL models on separate web pages (I use Firefox, so separate tabs in one window) to facilitate some comparison. There are also Specification Sheets (.pdf) that can downloaded for each model.

None of them have a lid lock.

AWN432 has mechanical controls, 3 temps, variable water level, 4 cycles (Heavy/Perm Press, Normal Eco, Delicate, manual Soak/Prewash cycle), 2nd rinse option. Manual Soak/Prewash means the machine Soaks/Prewashes, drains/spins and stops, must be reset for the desired full wash/rinse cycle.

AWNE82 has electronic controls, 3 temps. 3 water levels, 3 soil levels, 6 cycles (Heavy, Normal Eco, Perm Press, Delicate, Rinse/Spin, Spin only), 2 options (automatic Prewash, 2nd Rinse). Automatic Prewash means it runs the prewash, drains/spins, then continues into whichever full cycle has also been selected.

AWNE92 has electronic controls, 4 temps (adds Cool between Warm and Cold), 4 water levels, 4 soil levels, 9 cycles (Heavy, Whites, Normal Eco, Perm Press, Delicate, Bulky, Quick Wash, Rinse/Spin, Spin only), 4 options (automatic Soak, automatic Prewash, 2nd rinse, 3rd rinse), and programmable Favorite Cycle button. Automatic Soak and Prewash are separate options (can also be combined together), which then continue into whichever full cycle has also been selected. On this machine it's possible to run a cycle consisting of Soak, Prewash, Main Wash, Rinse 1, Rinse 2, Rinse 3. (I don't know if there's a drain/spin between the Soak and Prewash periods but it's possible ... if so that would make for SIX water changes.)

Thank you so very much. Your quick and comprehensive answer is very much appreciated. Do you know if one model is better than another?

They should wash pretty comparably. The mechanical control AWN432 has a 3 year warranty. The electronic control AWNE82 and AWNE92 have full 5 year warranties. We have been selling the AWNE82's like crazy for that reason.
