So I got these mangos the other day and I was pretty familiar with most of the available mid/late season varieties.

But one mango in particular caught my eye, it was the last one and had "Golden D" written on it. I've never seen or heard of this type, only the Golden Nugget variety

Does anybody know of it or could correct me if I have the name wrong?

I was told it would turn completely yellow/gold when ripe
