Nothing that would make it too cluttered. Maybe a large cabinet with a section for the television. Saves you from having to buy a wall mounted one.

Make sure that new console is 25% longer than size of TV. I am not a huge fan of picture collages around a TV. So busy, the eye doesn't know where to land. I like a simple solution. A display cabinet on each side of tv console or another enclosed cabinet on each side with a single piece of art above them.

Find a nice console that would take the attention away from the TV. Something that would still look clean but not make the wall seem cluttered.

Purchase a longer console first and then see how much wall space you have to work with. It depends on your style of decor. I like the whole room in image 2 that Meg submitted but would stack two simple, plain pieces of art.

Make the wall a focal point. This wall is concrete bricks about 1/4 inch thick that I put up myself on 3 weekends. Has a nice textural element and separates my dining room and living room! Purchased at Lowes about a year ago. Cost for entire project $500.
