I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for here. The stairs seem to go no where, is there a landing that turns right? And they seem to be very wide, wider than usual. What kind of lighting effect do you want and where? Behind the sofa? Would recessed lights work for you?

Can you show an actual pic and not computer generated?

Also, the bottom of the stairs should actually touch the floor. Are you a design student?

The Stairs ACTUALLY touched the floor. And the stairs are one meter wide. Oh and also landing turns right. what kind of question is that?

That wasn't my question. Focus...my clients didn't like the stairs located in the middle of the room, but since it's not going anywhere...i was planing to put the TV set to cover at least half of the stairs. I was asking if you guys have any better suggestions. And also if you have any kind of lighting effect suggestions on the wall, on the corners or anywhere...I just wanted some new perspectives and new ideas...

The stairs APPEAR disproportionately wide and don't appear to touch the floor. They appear to be wider than the sofa.

In fact, I would say that proportion is the biggest problem here. The coffee table looks huge and it appears to block the white sofa. Other than proportion it looks nice.

I think you are saying that the stairs do not lead to anything, if that is the case, please suggest to your client that they need to be removed, it would open up so many ideas and give them space to make a beautiful room.

The TV set is supposed to be on the left side of the stairs. So when I said covering them I meant the diagonal side of the stairs. not the front of the stairs...
