There is so much to share that one Ideabook hardly scratches the surface of our work but I created one anyway to summarize Before & After. I could not have done this without Houzz. I spent hours everyday for two years researching and gathering ideas. I am so excited to finally have photographs to help tell the story of bringing this house back to life. No bank would allow a mortgage on the house because it was in such poor condition. Now the house is earth friendly and will last another 100 years or more. We can age in place and live comfortably with first floor living and energy efficiency (LEED certified.)

I am posting just two pics here of the exterior front Before & After. The rest you can see in the Ideabook. (The architect took select photos of the house. We had to fill in the blanks so some of the pictures are far better quality than others.)
