Is there any material like drywall behind the slats?

We are wondering if there is any drywall or other framing besides the 2x4s and wood slats? It's hard to tell from the pic if you can see through the open spaces or if there is something more. Thanks!

Yes. We have 1/2" drywall behind the slats. The drywall is painted black since it is in shadow. Thanks for your interest in our work.
