My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Mack, yes that is they key, many layers. The technique used was dry brushing. I had the builder's painter give my faux painter a base coast of the aqua. Then she went to work dry brushing the green, white and lastly the red. Additionally, she added some flecks of the red which really gave that extra little 'something'.
