My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This was a full renovation of a 1940's cottage. I changed the floor plan and added porches and a third floor. But I'm not sure the floor plans would be appropriate for a new house considering we were basing it on the footprint of the old house. Do you have a site? The views and street front approach will start the design....
