Looks good. Like the dark floors with white cabinets.

The thing that struck me is how with an island that doesn't come all the way to the floor, you end up with dust bunnies accumulating under there. Same with these vanities that don't go all the way to the floor. I can just envision a person laying on their stomach cleaning under them.

I agree it's a gorgeous kitchen. I just think a lot of homeowners are going to rue the day they put in that type of cabinets and vanities when they have to clean under them. You'd have to find a way to block it off so the dirt couldn't get under there, but so it didn't show.

swiffers work fine with these, and so does my vacuum attachment that i need for the skirting boards anyway. a vanity on feet makes my narrow bathroom much more spacious feeling, same with a side cabinet in the kitchen.

its not like the kitchen doesnt ever need to be cleaned with to-the-floor cabinets.
