My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm sorry that I wasn't able to find out what flooring this is. This home was built by Ritz-Craft, but not Connecticut Valley Homes. This flooring was supplied and installed locally by the owner. We tried to contact the builder for you, but he has not responded yet. Ritz-Craft builds a great product and I know you will love your new home.
