Regis installing granite countertops today and I need help in choosing a backsplash. Countertops are Blanco and Chico and we have all stainless steel appliances with dark cabinets. we cook a lot in the house and prefer not to have anything light or or white in color as it stains easily I also wanted a rectangle / square peace above the stove underneath the range hood. I prefer something slightly more modern and I'm not fond of the subway tiles. I'm not sure what to pick. Thank you for your help
