My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    the wine room is just that, basically a closet for wine. we did not install a separate chiller for the entire room, it just has an a/c vent in it. the wine display was custom designed by us. we designed the rods and had them made for the client.
