After searching for what seems like forever, finally found a rug for our living room. So now my thoughts turn to rug pads. Do I need one? I read somewhere to avoid the "waffle" type rug pad, as they can leave strange patterns on your hardwood. So maybe one of the thick felt-y looking ones?

What do you recommend? Thanks!
